“Ann is amazing. We are first time home buyers and she is exactly everything we were looking for. She is a teacher at heart so she has no problem explaining anything to you. My husband and I had A LOT of questions and she answered all of them within 10 minutes or less of asking via text or email. She has great communication skills, advocates on behalf of us throughout the whole process and will be ON TOP of everything. She has even gone through paperwork and verified a few things that we didn't think of asking about. I cannot express enough how much I'm so happy we chose her…She encourages you to get the best price, will tell you whether something should be considered a deal breaker (a house too close to a busy street or in back of a freeway) and will care about your life.
If it weren't for quarantine I'm pretty sure we would have been invited to her house for dinner. She clearly loves what she does so if you choose her (which I think you should) give her that appreciation, because trust me when I say this, she's one of the good ones!!”
